Individual contributors are organised into several Circles (Working Groups)
Circles are semi-autonomous and usually have their own project leads, maintaining rituals of accountability with the rest of the organization. All contributors to the Circles are able to submit proposals to Hackumenta DAO to receive funding (in ETH) in exchange for their contributions, and can participate in voting on all decisions concerning Hackumenta.
